BMW e30 Coupe rare

Hi Guys,

I have a rare BMW 320i ES for sale on a H plate. Its an E30 coupe in glacia blue (silver / blue metalic).

It's fully stripped, has two buckets in the front, no seats in back although leather rear seats and all fixings etc will be supplied with sale. It is a sports spec, so nice 15" bbs wheels (set of 5) all with excellent tyres. I have owned this only for a couple of months, and in that time, I have totally stripped it, fitted x2 buckets in the front (cost 300.00), serviced it, Tax'd it, MOT'd it, fitted an induction kit (the stock air box was crap!), replaced the cat with track pipes (150.00 last week!), replaced all shocks with uprated shortneded billies and gmax -60 springs (handles like a dream, cost 300.00+), I've fitted new bushes and ball joints to front wishbones.

The car itself is solid, a very good e30 shell. It is pretty nippy having 130ish hp and lb and being only a ton in weight. It has a factory sport LSD too.

MOT is now until march 07 tax is for four-five months.

This car was my project, tons of build photos for sale, comes with a bag full of history and paperwork, has full service history. To make this a superb car I would drop a 325i lump in which is a straight swap or my bigger plan was a 3.5 5 series lump. Due to a change in personal circumstances this project is cut short.

The owner will have an excellent 3 series e30 coupe shell, with a good running engine, and lots of decent parts to make it an ideal starter car or basis for a serious project.

how much without the private plate?

I really want somethin like this but not sure if i've got that money availiable in short notice.

I have £600 waiting , i know its a poo offer , but it is an offer.

Pics here below, i've invested a good wedge of cash and time into this car over the past couple of months I have had it. It's great fun, but it has to go, I've bought a new car which is being delivered shortly and due to a cock up on my part I'm 1k shy of paying for it so have to sell this to get the extra dosh (should be picking up my other car in two weeks time!), it's either that, or I don't get my new motor :cry:.

All old shocks out, come with the car as spares as they were actually very decent sachs units!

It comes with all of the boot interior / trim if you ever wanted it back in, no front carpets because they were a bit dirty so i dumped em. Comes with all door cards, 3x black leathers and one standard (only managed to source 3x decent ones other was shafted). Black and grey leather back bench, all back sound proofiing, carpets, seat belts + fixings etc.

I've got tons of build photos but not many of the outside, the car is in the garage atm as I had started stripping bits off ready to repaint it. It was going to have a full respray as there are a number of scratches etc on the car, but she still poishes up well. Luckily I haven't stripped any paint yet just removed side skirts, wheels etc. I'll get all this back on by the weekend hopefully get it out of the garage and take some exterior pics.

Really it just looks like a 2 door glacier blue late spec coupe. It has a couple of scratches down the bottom of the drivers door, some scratches on the bonnet, and a couple on the roof. Other than that it's pretty decent.

Money wise, the car has cost me 1.1k in two months, I'm looking to recoup as much of that as poss but I am pretty desperate to source cash for me new car, I would take 750 absolute rock bottom.That barely covers the cost of the seats, the exhaust, and the suspension alone! I guess my other option is to strip her and sell her off in parts, but it seems a shame, especially since it has such a decent shell which is hard to find on an E30!

Hi Guys,

Some one must be interested somewhere for this price? 700.00 don't get you a lot these days, at least not with 200+ worth of suspension and only a couple of weeks old, and brand new buckets etc etc etc. I just had a mail from regtransfers wanting to sell my plate and netting me 400.00 but I can't be fucked, I've got my other car now and don't need this one!

If someone offered me 650.00 I'd take it, would be a great tramp for that with best part of a years MOT and still 4 months tax!

I'd love to go lower but I'm already loosing out 400 in just two months on it!

£650.00 is my absolute best sorz.

I had a chap look at this on Sat, but he's not sure when he can get the cash, I've given him till wed so I'll post up then with an update.

Is this still for sale?

£650 can be done and rather easily.
 
Come off it guys, this car is a beauty, its worth £700 at the very least.

ps. Dont sell it stevo :(
 
what engine has it got (can you post a picture?)

I can't remember an e30 320 i ES. is it a 320iS?

is it 4 or 6 cylinder?
