BMW E36 Compact Drift car for Sale.
Let me preface this by saying this isn’t a show pony, shell is pretty rough but perfectly usable. This car was built start of the year to be a simple, reliable car and has never let me down - go run your mates doors and let them run yours without a care in the world.
Excellent spec, as follows:
Good healthy M52B25 swap (approx. 140K miles engine)
E36 Compact Shell (Mileage unknown, clocks read 160K from memory)
Getrag trans
NFD Laser cut 50mm arms (new ball joints)
Poly lollypops
Reduced Ackerman hubs
Recent track rods and ends
Recent front wheel bearings
Recent fan clutch + ducting
Mini Rear Shocks
Max crap rods up front
Low temp stat 70 degrees
Metal thermostat housing
Custom Temp cluster (OEM Location for temp gauge but can read in °C)
Full poly bushed rear beam (including A arms)
Braided lines front and back
6 pot exhaust into 318ti back box
Staggered Style 32 wheels with plenty of life left as had new Accelera PHI tyres at start of the year
Electric power steering pump (Astra) Switches on with ignition, means you have power steering even with engine off.
Bonnet pins.
Recent new battery
M Sport Rear Bumper
M Sport Rear Lights
M sport Trims (Screwed in place as god fed up of losing them)
Most of the interior is there
Hydro Handbrake all plumbed in
Strobe front lights for Parties.
Has a non OEM Cat and silencers so nice and quiet.
Was Mot'd start of the year - Will need some bits to get through another, as she has had a heavy season - I ended up buying a trailer as it was getting a bit bait with the windscreen. Runs out early April from memory.
Bad bits:
Lumpy idle (never worked it out) pulls fine.
Shells has seen better days but lets be honest, plenty of shells about to swap into.
Passo window fell off the runners (will put this back on before sale)
Has had runs on doors.
Rattle canned black. (Though good / Easy to patch up after trains)
Windscreen damaged.
Short mot.
Rear interior stripped (Do have it to put back in - can go with the sale)
Pics:
Start of the year when fresh.
After last drift day (She's seen some action)
Poof it skids
Scrubs up alright with some paint and parking in shadowy areas.
So all in all - a reasonably well spec'd seat time car. No particular reason for sale, looking to get more into track days this year and can't do it all !
Serious offers entertained.
£2,000.00 ONO
Can deliver (Would have to work out a cost - Free if local to Norfolk)
No, I will not sell the wheels separately, No the 0058's are not for sale, Yes I can get more pics/Vids on request.
Thanks all.
