BMW M535I SE Great drifting Car!!! SOLD!!!

Excellent example of an M535i in metallic blue. I really like the classic looks of this model and will be sad to see it go. Everything has been done by a specialist BMW in Norfolk by the previous owner and these include: REPLACED PROPSHAFT AND CENTER BEARING ALL NEW BRAKE PADS MAIN BUSHINGS REPLACED PLUS: FULL ENGINE REBUILD WITH PIPER FASTROAD CAM COMPLETE HEAD FITTED! SUPERB This car now pulls brilliantly, especially in 3rd and 4th and with the addition of cruise control is great to drive on fast motorway roads.
This car is faultless. POSITIVE POINTS: CLEAN BODY WORK FULL LEATHER INTERIOR (NOT WORN THROUGH) ALL ELECTRICS FULLY WORKING CENTRAL LOCKING FULLY WORKING BRAKES AND FLUIDS ALL RECENTLY SERVICED FULL ENGINE REBUILD (I HAVE PHOTOS) PIPER FAST ROAD CAM HEAD FITTED 2 MONTHS TAX AND 11 MONTHS MOT 4 GOOD TYRES (NON METRIC - 15") NEW BATTERY NEW K & N PANEL FILTER FITTED ADJUSTABLE SHOCKS (BMW ORIGINALS) NEGATIVE POINTS SLIGHT RUST ON FRONT WING NEAR DOOR RUST AREA ON BOOT LID SLIGHT CRACK IN REAR SPOILER AND A SMALL AREA ON THE LOWER FRONT VALANCE. The front bumper has been replaced with a chrome one as the old one had been painted black, and also I have replaced the rear bumper as the chrome had peeled off. The car has a SONY tape deck which work fine and I fitted a new aerial. A discreet push button start has also been fitted. This car had about 2k spent on her in the last 6 months but has been very reliable. The engine with the cam is work over £500 alone. I have photos of the engine rebuild... Many questions about the M badge. This is a 535iSE. The difference is the cruise control and SE leather seats with the arm rests. Missing differences to the M535i are a dog leg box and recaros. I do have a set of recaros in grey cloth I can throw. It does have an LSD! Plus it also has the uprated suspension, Mtech wheel and gear knob. I also have a spare set of 16” bmw alloys which I will throw in!!
This car is great for a noviceor intemidiate drifter, you just have to tap the throttle and it slides great!!

Hi Morgans. How long's the MOT + tax? Does it have LSD? Total mileage, and miles since "rebuild"? Aircon?

Asking these q. in public cos I guess they would interest most buyers, if I'm being stupid, well, that's public too!
 
has an LSD, but nothing fancy (probs around a 20% lock). it has mot and tax.

v.v.tempted, hmmm, i shouldnt get it as i already got too many cars, but thatd be a good crack with a welded diff and all that leather interior ripped out...
 
ive got mine down to around 1150kg completely stripped (standard weight was 1280kg in the book and ive weighed 150kg coming out of it). same engine block so consider that a target weight :)

this one should be running about 220-240bhp.
 
yeah. the us spec 535is is 204bhp, thats with gay emissions stuff and 90ron fuel. so with a cam theyre about 15bhp+ on these engines. so your looking at that power. check out www.mye28.com if you like.
 
standard 3.5 is 218hp.. this should be about 225-230.

but it's all about torque...

Ditto the quote about tap the throttle and it goes sideways.. you're not wrong mate..

How much would you take offers for? I'd love the engine for mine :) what degree cam is it? 284/ 292?
 
best of luck selling it. looks the absolute mutts nutts. its a shame your across the water or id have it scooped!!
