BMW V8 adapter plates

Hey guysHeard a polish company does an adapter plate for the 328 ZF onto the M60/62 V8. Anyone have any details?
 
Hold on surely if you just bolt that on its spacing the gearbox too far from the engine? So it will either damage the input shaft as it's too far or just get fucked real quick?

Every gbox plate I've ever seen needs some machining off of the bellhousing?

I might be getting this wrong in ky head but if its for lhd cant you just flip the adaptor round?

Clutch would just be regular 328/m3 240mm item. Exact same as v8 one except v8 has an extra bolt for flywheel to crank.

Why not just get a 535 Gearbox? Not that much surely?
