Nokia have just replaced this handset under warranty so it is brand new the only bits which aren't brand new are the battery which works great and holds charge well and the battery cover. I still have the original box cables and discs for this phone. They are selling second hand on eBay for £150++ I want £120 so grab a bargain thanks for looking
