Breaking a 1989 BMW 2.5l 325i touring driftbarge, due to the sump getting taking out by an exposed drain cover ('raised ironworks') and consequently destroying the engine

I'm going to scrap this in two weeks, so get any bits or pieces you need! £400 takes the car as is (with the wheels) - As that's what I can get for scrap value + selling the wheels and tyres.
(I also have the front grille which was refitted after this picture..)
HERE'S The build diary; Daily Driftbarge E30 325i | Facebook
Here's what's definitely NOT AVAILABLE;
-The engine complete! Basically all knackered, the rocker arms siezed due to oil starvation causing the valves to hit the pistons, which bent the valves and cracked one of the rockers clean in half..
Damage 1
Damage 2
-The springs and dampers. They were cut/welded springs and the dampers were pretty knackered so no good for anyone really
-The front splitter. This disappeared a long time ago :O
-The fusebox and engine bay loom (engine loom available)
-Brake pads and discs. Just a bit scored and worn
-The interior from the front seats back. Was already stripped out when I got it.
-Heater matrix, appears to have been leaking and has been bypassed, was the likely cause of the heatgasket going before I got the car
-Catalytic Convertor. Unless someone wants this for more than the scrap man will pay me, he's having it
Here's what's AVAILABLE;
-The shell. Got a few 'battle scar' dents in some random places (c-pillar anyone?). It's in BMW faded red but vinyl wrapped in white, just got the bumpers to finish off (started spraying white) and finish the wing mirrors and sunroof in 3M carbon. It's not the best job but I just wanted to get it a bit tidier for drift days and vinyl seemed like an easily repairable and cost effective option. It might need a bit of welding for the mot, but I'm not sure, the sills are solid, as is the floorpan, but there is a bit of rust in front of the front jacking point (although it hasnt gone right through). All of the arches have been rolled out for lots of clearance on full lock. An ideal weekend drift/track car shell.
-Most of the body panels are available, again BMW faded red, but wrapped in white vinyl; Doors, Bonnet, Hatch.
-Headlights
-Rear lights (passenger has a crack in it but works)
-Carbon effect front and back 'BMW' badges
-Welded 325i Diff
-325i Gearbox, worked well in all gears.
-Propshaft
-Steering Rack and pump (stock e30)
-Brake servo and master cylinder
-Speedo Dash unit. Reads 191,000miles!
-Dashboard + Glovebox
-Centre console and window switches
-Digital 'engine check' light box. The one that sits next to the rear view mirror. (similar to this)
-Door cards
-4x original bbs alloys with tyres. Average condition, tyres worn but driftable. Picture
-Black inlet manifold and Rocker cover. Makes a massive difference to the engine bay Picture
-Water pump. Basically new, done about 1500 miles, seems silly to waste
-Cambelt tensioner. Also done 1500miles, also seems silly to waste.
-Thermostat housing with new BMW coolant sensors in. Ideal to fix a broken temperature gauge.
-Fuel rail and injectors (6x stock 325i 149cc injectors)
-4x Unknown Wheels with good tyres in Ford baby blue. 4x100 pcd, good offset for BMW e30, also fits other volvos, fords etc.
-Front and Rear subframes + Arms. Might useful if you had a meeting with a curb and the old ones decided to change shape!
-Oil cooler. Stock e30 cooler, seemed to cope well with any abuse, could also make a v.cheap additional oil cooler for another car
-325i Radiator. e30 radiator, no leaks or crap in it, didn't overheat being abused on the hottest day of the year last year.
-Viscous Fan. e30 viscous fan, have been known for the clutches to fail and cause overheating, as above this kept the car super cool all through last summer
-325i downpipe. Stock downpipe in good nick, including bolts/springs for flanges
-325i Backbox. As above, but a backbox, obviously
-Stock ecu. Works fine.
That's all I can think of now, I'm sure theres loads more so just ask. I'm accepting offers on everything unless otherwise stated. As mentioned before, this will be going for scrap in a couple of weeks, and the wheels on ebay if I don't get a decent offer.. Thanks for looking! Ben - 07976 017773
