Stitching on the seat back cushion looks abit ropey, with that black stitch running right through the Bride name

I'd say it's fake. Looks very cheap and poorly manufactured, almost like those cheap ass AutoStyle bucket seats.
 
If it's not perfect it's probably not genuine.

These seats are what, a couple of grand a pop???

obvious its way to much money for a set of replicas. I could have gotten Bride Low Max replicas for less than i gave for these seats :D

Sounds like im not the only one that fell into that trap. Anyway, i started a case wich the seller asks me to remove daily. Cant wait til eBay resolution center is looking into this :)

Yeah he has “Bride Europe” trademarked. Which doesn’t exist. Pretty sure when I last looked into it there was a couple other shady things he was up to.
He was pretty offended when I said I wasn’t interested in his fake brides, accused of slander n shit. Pretty funny.

Shit rep with universal seat rails. It’s like his call sign. Make sure eBay know the limit to his scamming and hopefully shut down the con artist. Weren’t interested when I flagged it as I didn’t actually buy anything.

It would seem he actually opposed trademark registration from Genuine Bride at the EU trademark body, his complaint was that it was cause confusion with his own trademark.

Hadn't checked his trademark again since discovering it a year or so ago. Him disputing Brides' legitimate trademark is pretty fucking ballsy haha.
 
Yea, seems to have delayed things a year or two but it was only ever going one way in the end.

Question is do Bride then have legal grounds to run this guy through the courts and claim back money he's made selling fake gear??
 
I’d speculate that they can nail him for damages having posed as the legitimate brand selling knock off/imitation products under a trademarked company.
Guessing though.
