I just made a deposite on a S13 Ca18de and when I started it, I could hear this rattling noise coming from the exhaust manifold side of the engine. When the car is left to idle the rattle goes away but when i give it a bit of throttle input, the rattle comes back. The way i would describe the sound is as if someone had put nails inside a can and is shaking it.
