Can I swap RWD engine (like RB25DET) on 4WD car?

The 'wheel drive' bit is based entirely off what gearbox/transfer box is used, for example Nissan Pulsar Gti-r uses an SR20DET whereas a 200SX S14 uses the same engine.

Yes, this won't be much of an issue.
If you get an RB25DET out of a Series 1 or Series 2 4wd C34 Stagea (most are) then you'll have the sump already configured for 4wd. Drop in an R32/R33GTR RB26DETT 4wd gearbox and associated gubbins then you're all good to go.

My idea is put some engine on SUBARU IMPREZA 2.0D 2011 with stroker kit.

I don't like diesel EE20 engine, I prefer gas engine with more HP and torque, too I could look EJ207 engine.. its 4wd and sounds nice.

Exactly, its like deciding that youre going to climb a mountain, and then deciding to do it in a dressing gown and slippers, the view will still be the same at the top so why make it difficult for yourself
