Can someone name this part please?

Can someone help me with the name of this 300zx gearbox part?
I know its a gearbox valve for when is warm the valve trips for the oil cool the gearbox. I think the objective is that.But dont know the name of it need one of this.
I gonna leave here the link because i cant upload it for the forum. Maybe because is to big.

Looks like a thermostat of some description, Have u tried going to a nissan dealership n see the part man, they should have access to a complete list n diagram of parts

Asked Nissan for diagram with car chassi number and the part dont appear on there, very weird. Need someone who works with 300zx to name that part :S
