CAR DOESNT FLUTTER

Hi all, got my mx83 cressy with a 1jz non vvti in it (twin turbo) super happy about it but the only thing is that I don't like the factory turbo "whoosh" sound it makes.
I tried blocking the bov to make it flutter but I think I've done it wrong, can I eat some pointers? Sorry it's a super noob question

Lol the flutter noise you want is the air stopping you turbo from spinning 150,000rpm and making it spin backwards, which for the turbo is basically going to destroy it pretty quickly.
Not a good idea just get a recirculating dumpvalve and it will stop the woosh noise.
