Car wont drift

hi guys

i am new to drifting my mates said it was cool so i thought id have a go. i got my mums sierra and got a friend to weld the diff but when i put it in D I heard a big crack and the car started rolling back did i do sumthing wrong?

Your efforts of trolling are impressive. No one seems to have noticed that you're 'welded diff' has the crown and pinion welded together (assuming that's what you have pictured). Good luck driving with that...
