Very light, weave is a little crap in places but they work by saving weight!

Where did you get the base plates from, and I'd also like some closer pictures too please.
 
teh base plate is more of a cover, which is home made. It's very crap when you see it upclose as i didn't take my time with them. The mirrors bolted into the door for me not sure about other cars, you might need to drill holes for them.
