hi my name is Mojtaba im from iran , its my first post and i wanted to know how much money and work does it take to put a 3s-gte in a second generation toyota carina to make it a drift car with a low budget

Before I begin I want to apologize for my poor English its my secons language.
there's not a very wide range of selection for me the best car i found to be cheap for a drift car project is a toyota carina 2nd gen made between 77 to 81 (most of carina's in iran are made between 77 to 79) any good car for drift is rare in iran and im pretty sure there's is no AE86 in iran , theres also some Cressida mark II 1992 with 22r engine in the town but due to low budget i'll go with the carina
to buy the car its easy but the engine i dont know much about and again because of small selection range the best engine will be 3sgte , theres also some 2jz's but those are really expensive down here and im not sure if it'll fit in the carina , all i know about 3sgte is that there were four type's of this engine made from 89 to 2007 and the lastest model produces abount 250 bhp with a turbo so i want to know :
1- how to identify 3rd and 4th gen
2- whats's the difference between 3rd and 4th gen
3- what is safe output about, without forged parts
4- is it possible to put the carina's own gearbox on it?

5- and if not what's a good and cheap gearbox for drift that's widely used in toyota cars so i can find it in iran
6- if there is a thread about seam welding the engine bay and chassis please introduce it to me
7- i cant think of any other obstacles in my way cuz its my first time if you know about anything that could be a problem or something that's essential please notify me so i can have an accurate idea about budget and time requirement for this project
