Chasing a pending order today

Spoken to Richard twice today regarding a pending/ongoing order for some monotubes.
Name is John, awaiting some info regarding finance.

John, like we've explained on both occasions the finance decision doesn't lie with us - it's with Pay4Later.
Your application is currently pending "review by management" which means it isn't a straight forward application. That is as much as I can disclose on a public forum.

You only applied this morning, please have patience. We'll update you as soon as they have made a decision.
 
No problem, just got slightly confused as their email suggests they're waiting on me to confirm something with you, didnt want it getting held up If they're waiting for more information from me/you.

Yeah we're confused at that too, they've recently (Tuesday) changed the wording on that email and we're MENTAL with phone calls from customers - when all it's pending is a decision from them!

We'll let you know as soon as we do :)
