Seeing as the mrs is now having my Civic and ive gone and brought a Discovery her daily run-around of nearly 2 years is up for sale at £475ono
1998 S plate Rover 214 1.4 16v (bubble shape)

11 months MOT
Tax expired
Had cambelt, headgasket, inlet gasket etc done by a Rover technician a year before she brought it. The previous owner spent a lot of money having all the work done which is the reason she liked it when she brought it.
Both the front tyres were replaced a few weeks before the MOT
The only two bad points about the car is that firstly she has managed to scrape the driver’s side rear bumper but it looks easily repairable if it bothers you. Secondly the intermittent wipers don’t work very well (they stop and start halfway up the screen). This ever bothered her as she just uses them on normal speed or the mist function. A few people have told me it’s the wiper motor at fault and they can be picked up for about £20.
