Cheap SR20 Silvia

My contact in japan has a met green SR20 silvia for sale, has aero, 16s few other bits on it, its 280,000 yen in japan about 1400 quid plus shipping and taxes over here so if you RO RO it over it could be a sub 2.5k manual SR20 silvia. about 70k miles

I assume hoping it would have some sorted suspension and a diff would be wishful thinking for that sort of money?
 
Yep I read the email again and it is Met green, must be the marlin green.
I just looked at the pic and it looked black :wack:

Yeh thats how i feel about it, even though i have a sorted S13 i am tempted by the Silvia as it will probably cost me nearly that to buy and drop an SR20 in mine. That said though i would have to buy loads of stuff, coilovers, seat, strip it out, cage etc etc.
 
Well it would be a decent every day car (or I could drop the diff into it).

What I know will happen though is ill still have the RX7 too, and will jusst end up with 3/4 cars pissing everyone off :wack:

But im still thinking about it :smash:

Paul if you did consider buying, how much would you want for the s13? ;)
 
I think i'm going to keep mine for the moment, although this looks like a really good car. Someone should snap it up though, especially as there always seems to be people after cheap Silvias and with a red top SR20 you're sorted.
