Checkout not working?? Trying to order HKB boss

Your checkout keeps telling me to 'check red fields below and try again' - but I've checked it three times now and there's definitely nothing missing for me to fill in? :confused:

If you've received 4 orders for a steering boss please dont send me four :wack:
 
Check your phone number is there.

Well, on the upside you would get 4x the sweets :D
 
No, just keeps taking me back to the start, wont process the order!

I've tried it with using the current address, and with typing out a new one including my phone no, neither works!
 
Kam, i think i submitted this before, what it's doing (if i remember right). When you tick the box for my previous address or w.e it is, it then complains you haven't filled in the hidden address fields. SO if you untick the box put the address in manually it works.

(it might be the box saying same as billing address cant remember)

the only checkbox on the checkout is 'Ship to the same address' which should be checked by default assuming your logged in?

Are you unchecking / rechecking the box?

I had to type in both a new delivery address and a new billing address. Hopefully it has saved them and next time it'll work :)

It should do, I believe this issue only exists from customers that havent used the new shop and didnt have a phone number on the old shop.
