Ordering over the holiday:
You can still place orders as normal through the webshop to be processed on our return. We've even set up an amazing 10% discount on EVERYTHING for all orders placed through the webshop between Christmas day and the 31st December.
Processing your orders on our return:
Your patience when we re-open will be appreciated, as we normally come back to a huge quantity of orders, and despite tripling our logistics and dispatch team, we'll struggle to get everything send out on the 4th.
Rest assured we will be working our asses off to make sure you get your order asap.
It's also worth bearing in mind that we process orders in order of date the order was placed, so the earlier you place it, the further forward in the que you will be when it comes to processing.
Enquries over the holiday:
All sales enquiries sent by e-mail or by the forum will also start to be processed from the 4th of January on our return.
You may see that we are online on the forums, but please understand that Driftworks is also a social thing for most of us, so you're sales enquiries may not be answered.
