Clutch/Diff issue?

Hey, i own a slightly tuned sr20 s13 at around 290-300hp, the car is still a WIP but i tend to drive it when i can anyway. Recently i noticed that when i give it a light clutch kick, it acts as if the clutch is in and the car won't go, it just revs up. I haven't tried it in any other gear than 1st as i'm still testing the car. It's a stock gearbox with a stage 2 exedy clutch and few other bits (installed by previous owner). When I drive normally, the clutch isn't slipping at all. I've searched this issue on web but no luck. Any idea? Thanks in advance!
 
Try it in higher gears if you can.

If it's a problem you're gunna have to do some investigation, might need to drop the gearbox and replace the clutch/pressure plate/release bearing
 
Late response. I can do whatever I want in 2nd gear, slide on rain or whatever, same with 3rd (I tried them on wet surface so that I either loose traction or have the issue with the clutch), the problem only occurs in 1st gear
