Clutch on E28 Bimmer

Anyone ever done a clutch on a e28 before, are they very difficult, and does the 'box drop out from underneith, or does it come out from inside the car.

Cheers, mate. Was chatting to a bloke today who works on bimmers reckons, they drop out in under an hour, so think thats the weekend gone then
