Hope this is allowed in here;

I've been thinking about selling my guitar setup since i don't have much room and I haven't played in a band for over 2 years now. Rather sell together to save hassle but i have:

DanElectro MOD7, 7 string guitar costs £500, no longer made as DE went bang. Complete retro styling. When i gigged with my band, my guitar got far more compliments than i ever did!
Laney GH100TL 100W single channel valve head ltd edition Tommi Lommi, very loud and sounds amazing.
Laney 4x12 Cab 280W
Boss digital multi effects unit the name escapes me but it can do almost everything. Awesome unit that cost me a bomb.

Everything together cost around £2000 when purchased, so how about £700??

Can get more info when i'm home tonight.

offers on seperate stuff too.

How much without the gay guitar? (no offence) ;)

Do me a deal and I'll give you some Sussex/Surrey street dori love, as well as some cash :)

Fuck off you gothic cock! Goth music doesn't deserve British valve power as it's mostly Yank based, no? Go and dig up some graves or something and stop interfereing in our muso deal yo!

And if you mention any CLASSIFIED ska secrets, you'll be in those fucking graves that you just dug ;)

no i save the secrets for a real time.

im no goth i only rock british valve power... actualyl i tell a lie i have american valve power aswell.....goths use kickass amps anyway;) well kickass in an overly distorted muffled way.

tbh, i'd rather keep the guitar anyway, so how about £500 for the head, cab and fx unit.

i would do the head and cab for £400 and the effects unit for £150 seperatley so how about £500 for the amp and effects unit? absolute bargain....i'm just mega skint as i bought too much crap for my car, otherwise i'd keep this lot without a doubt.

Nice unit but ooooold... I can get one of those for £50 second hand now (sad but true) so couldn't really stretch to anywhere near £500 for the package.

I was hoping the FX would be quite up-to-date and posh, then I could weigh in my old Zoom which has had a hard and eventful life... a GT-3 is only a bit better (and similar age) to my old shitter.

I'd be interested if the price came down significantly, otherwise sorry dude, but best of luck :)

What kind of band were you in then?

£50!? jesus... they're worth more than £50 for what they do. I've just looked around for a few second hand ones and they're still selling at around £110, so maybe I was a bit high. I'd do it for £80 I reckon. Personally I think they're far better than Zoom's as my friends played with Zoom's and they broke them so much, this never went wrong once.

As for the Amp well it has to be worth £350 -£400 but it's quite rare so it's hard to know. On that basis, i'll do it all for £425? I wouldn't want to go any lower as theres always a chance i'd pick up my guitar one day and wanna play, so i'd want to sell for nothing. I still thank £425 is a proper bargain. If that's no good i'll put it all on ebay or some local papers.

I was in a hardcore/rock dare i say...emo type band. most of us in the band were big Glassjaw fans so we tried to be like them :smash: luckily we had our own sound tho. fuckin loved playing in that band, miss it bad.

nic.

Yeah I reckon £425 is a good price for the stuff, it's good quality - you'd probably get more on ebay mate so worth a go. If you get no joy, get back to me and I'll see what I can do.

glassjaw rock. will is into all the new emo-core stuff us crazy kids listen to... you can just imagine him rocking out being hardcore and emotional about his love life.

I'd rather sell it off ebay for £425 first, so if you want it for £425 you can have it for that as i'm sorta sort of cash right now. :(

Glassjaw do indeed rock the nuts (or did) shame half them are stupid. Some of the guys met todd a few times around london, he's a proper legend.
