Conversion spacers - 4x114.3 to 4x100

Alright guys, just wondering if you can make 4x114.3 to 4x100 spacers? and how much would it be for a set of 4?

Also, cant find them in the shop, bu thow much are 4x114.3 to 5x114.3's?

Just weighing up my options, got tons of 4x100 wheels with good tyres on that could do with a killing
