I don't think this will be possible as the pcds are too close togeather. Basically you need to extend one of the studs when you go 4 to 5 stud at the same pcd. As no matter how you sit it there will always be one stud that interferes with the original position of the studs.
But as yours is so close to the 114 maybe you could get away with a standard 114 4 to 5 conversion spacer. Then just use wobbly wheel nuts to take up the last little bit.

Edit. 5 to 5 stud conversion spacers I would have thought should be piece of piss.
As for the 4 to 5 conversion spacers for different pcds.
You can bolt a plate to the hub. Then have another plate with the new pcd drilled that then bolts to the main plate via several countersunk bolts in a larger pcd. But this method is expensive. I think some euro guys do it this way

what?? You just have a spacer with 10 holes in it. Simple. like the old 4-5 stud ones had 9 holes in it
Very good point. It's not possible to go 4 to 5 without using an existing stud with an extender on it, and that stud would be the wrong PCD. so in short no can do.
