What are the possibilities of creating my own sileighty here in the UK. are the parts available?

im thinking ahead of not being able to find a sileighty, would i be able to buy myself a 200sx and fit the front end??

yes you can. there are a few places that sell the kit over here.

it isnt cheap though (which is a pity as that was the whole point of the Sileighty).

any ballpark figures?? or even better links

I might aswell sign up for team rippledrift now, as i am pretty good at predicting the future :wack:

Speak to Matt S

From Team D:Mon. He has already done it, and even fitted an RB25 in his one. I know its in bits and possibly for sale, but at the very least he could point you in the right direction.

don't do it. sileightys are gay, you don't want one. neither does anyone else  everyone feel the love for the pop ups!

I used to really want to have an S13 with a Sileighty conversion but it has to be said teh pop-ups have really grown on me. Might be worth checking the for sale section for prices for bits as i'm sure some of the required parts have been up before.

I used to want a sil eighty face on my rs13, but i've decided against it. Especially after my sleepy eye controller that I'm fitting this week sometime.

Pop-Up-Looove! :dermal: :wack:

But if you really want a Sileighty face, you might find one for as little as 500 pounds for wings, lights and bonnet. I've only seen this type of deal once though :smash:

Bladey: What kind of headlight setup you've got fitted. I'm still running stock, and it is SHIT! :(

sorry to be off-topic

Me knows the technique  Thank you Drift Tengoku vid!!

By the way, do both your headlights go up level each time? Or are they a bit stoned looking :D Your headlights hid? Look Awefully bright in your sig.. Love to see it someday :worthy:

Just don't do what I did and wire the sleeply ete controller 12v into the radio amp wire, otherwise your radio needs to be on for the lights to go down :wack: :smash:

personally I dont think sileightys look right atall, the front prepares you for a long saloon, but it cuts off early at the back with the sx rear..... though from the back looks fine, but would look the same as just a 200sx.. go for a 180sx bumper or the likes, nicer and probably cheaper.... or go get a full silvia!

   nobody likes Sil80's?

Personally, they have grown on me. I always liked the SX, but somehow I learned to appreciate the chunky lines of the Silvia front (still not keen on the Silvia's ass though).... and now I have this:

Yes i saw it yesterday!!! Very nice car!!! :worthy: :worthy:
Henk didn;t want to give me the keys tho.... :( I just wanted to take a look inside?! :) Really!!!!!!

Henk is a good guy. Remember baby, nobody drives my car before I drive it....not even you....

But you'll get your chance soon enough

I think even my mum had a go as it was in the way of the washing line at one point

Anyway....back on topic :)
