Cusco RS - Differential clunk noise

Hi,

i fitted a brand new Cusco RS 1.5 way LSD. Now i have a clunk noise on decelaration in corners. No noise on straights.
Today i refurbished the axle shafts (just new grease, the cv joints were fine) and it's less noisy now.

I made a video of the differential side flange. Can anybody tell me if this is normal? I can push/pull it axial and radial.

Cheers
Marius

Yes. That’s quite normal mate. You could knock the shaft out and make sure the metal c Clío is still in tact.
But I’ve had many output shaft since like that. Never been a problem

Normal, I have a cusco 2 way in mine, clunks like fuck, put some oil in the diff that says its specially for mechanical diffs as they have additives to help them unlock smoother or something along those lines.

Okay, good to hear! Thank you guys!

I will try Motul 90PA now and see if it helps. I had a full synthetic lsd oil before, the Motul is mineral based.

New noise:
After I adjusted the rear camber I now have a loud chewing/bumping noise on acceleration (straights + corners). Maybe CV joints? I could change the rear axle shaft buckets from left to right and vice versa like the S2000 drivers do:
