Hi Chaps :)

can you get Defi senders on there own??? as in not the guage, just the sensor :)

im looking for a price for oil pressure, oil temp and water temp sensors :)

Spot what's missing in the Defi parts and you can work out what J means :)

ok, so assuming you have the wire up to the sensor, which it looks like you have (ones with the chunky black connectors on), the prices are:
temp sensors (both the same) £32.90 each
oil pressure sensor £92.80 :wack:

I couldn't find any listing in the catalogue for the connectors to link the oranges in :confused:

yeah, they're called 'Triple Meter Hoods' and strictly speaking, they're model specific and only available for 4 cars, Integra, Lancer and 2 x Imprezas. They're all different prices, ranging from £99.85 to £222
 
what, the single pod things that the defis go in??? ouch!

if thats the case ill make up my own guage holders again :D

im going to have 5 defis, at this rate is going to double the value of my car!:D
 
that's for a posh 3 gauge cowl thing that sits on top of the dash.
Only other option I can see listed is a mounting clip (£8.25) and a little visor thingy that clips on top (£11.75)
Can't see any single gauge pod type affairs listed in the Defi stuff, but I imagine anything for mounting that size of gauge will do.
 
The pods that come with the gauges is what blondey is going on about. I'll have a look and see if they're still in my garage :p

I've got two pods, but not got the sticky pad section that they stick to the dash with. Will bring what I have down to your place laters :)
 
ok right.... another thing i need is the little plug that goes into the unit that powers the unit :) this is another thing that mr dunn left in the car when he brutally took it all out :D :D :D
 
yeah, all the wires are available separately, it's just a question of working out which one's which :) The power wires all seem to be under a tenner
