Righto, the delay was that we were missing a couple of small parts from your order.
We did send email updates out on the 2nd and again on the 10th to ask if you wanted the rest sending out and those bushes to follow and to keep you updated with the progress.
All our order related emails are sent out via the shop system which helps us keep track and means you can check your order status online too.
Having done a bit of digging, it seems that the email address entered when your shop account was created ends '@lineone.nt' I presume this should actually be '@lineone.net' and have now ammended your account on the system.
This would explain the lack of contact, as those emails we sent would have dissapeared into the ether
Anyhow, the score is that we've just received the missing parts through this morning and will be sending your order out today, will be all with you on Monday
Apologies for the hassle, it seems the email address was the source of the problem, but we should have phoned up when we didn't get a reply after a certain length of time
