Details on the shipment

I have been sending emails, pms, and posting a thread to the Driftworks staff. Somehow I have not got a proper reply to my answer yet and I am quite dissapointed.

So I couldn't wait any longer, I already ordered the Rear Control Arm.
I have sent a PM to Bon about my request to state a lower price on the shipment package. Not yet any reply.

So it would be grateful if any Driftworks staffs could inform me about my request on the shipment, and also when I will receive your product.

Hi crane,

At the moment I'd appreciate a little understanding if asking for a complicated request, it's just myself and James in the office this week so anything outside of 'regular business' is a tight squeeze to fit in. To get a quote for shipping items to Thailand is surprisingly time consuming when dealing with couriers, since we don't have any agreed rates for outside of Europe.

I'm afraid we can't mark items down in value due to customs laws, sorry.
