Disgusting noise on my 180sx

Right guys im after a bit of advice, recently i took my welder off and put a 14 vlsd in, all mounts and bushes were used, 13 back plate etc, turns out ive still got a knocking noise when i shift from 1st-4th and a vibration on engine braking unless in 5th, doesn't feel like the box or box mounts as the syncro is good,shifter doesn't move and no whine/noise. Need help with this one as its p***ing me off!
 
You didn't get the propshaft in 180 degree's out did you?

If you did it'll knock against the bottom of the car.
 
Don't think so dude, it feels like there's play in the prop, aslong as im putting power through it or coasting with clutch in its fine
