Double order by accident...

Hi, Would call but stuck at work till 11 tonight.

Just noticed I made a double order on the 12th, neither order has arrived yet, haven't checked my emails yet though so don't know if it has been sent or whatnot. Anyway, just wondering if both orders were processed as it curerntly states;

Just to be sure, I did only want ONE of the orders to go through, so I am seriously hoping this didn't go through twice, and if it did, where do I stand ?

Edit; I do realise it has been 12 days and I haven't obviously checked, but i'm hoping someone in the office has noticed I ordered the same parts twice and fixed it for me, just wanting to check.
 
Hi,

5924 failed on card security checks, it didn't go through.

5926 went through and was sent out, the delivery was then refused on the 16th.
The package then came back to us on the 19th, I called and emailed you to say so.

So... you only have 1 order, no need to worry about 2 payments etc...

Give us a call/email to arrange delivery re-delivery of 5926.

Thanks for that, i'll give you guys a call tomorrow to arrange redelivery.

My own fault for not checking my emails, but I didn't really have any concern regarding the delivery, more the double order :)
