I may be wrong but i was under the impression you had to re-sell the ticket to the seller and they will issue a partial refund?

That was was last year bud, I spoke to them and because it was purchased within 14 days I can change the name, when you buy the ticket if oh don't give a name they automatically refund you and keep 25% administration fee
