My mate that was at trampdrift in the 2.2 pinto'd sierra is needing to sell it now as he cant drift this year due to a barmistva. As a result of comming of age his car is needing to go.

Heres the deal:
5 door hatch sierra, mot'd till July, no tax. 2.2 pinto with a race cam and running a single carb, lowered on cossie springs, evil welded diff, and fully stripped...I dont have much more details, as its been a while since I seen it

it is a drift ready animal and would be a great tramper...

£700ono..

Oh, and its in a secrect underground location somewhere in Fife

heres a vid of it at a very wet TD1000

Hey mate.

well I am not an expert sadly (the guy who built it is a technophobe stuck in a "life on mars" kinda retro stlyed life.) All I know is that is was originally a 2lt SOHC ford engine, I can ask him what was done to it if you like?

I was up for buying this and dropping it into my sierra, but funds are tighter than a ducks arse for me so thats why I am advertising it for him. :< otherwise I would have snapped it up, as the engine is a totaly gem.

Out of interest what make it a 2.2 i.e. engine spec?

spec is roughly as follows mate:

2.2 block (think it was bored by agra, not sure. it has a stamp)
mahle pistons
high lift cam 2.5 - 8k (engine was built for stock rods)

not sure on crank n rods mate but am guessin at this spec itl be lightened n balanced we had sump off n i could make out mahle symbol on pistons and when ya drive it you know its a hot cam!!

hope that helps.

excellent base spec drifter chaps grab yoselves a bargain this things great fun!!!!

:wack:
