That's all the pics I have, I can get more pics on request.

Car Condition

Engine

There are 2 rolling road printouts, 1 for 330bhp last year and one at torque of the devil on 31st march this year and for 316.5bhp. Generally the cars were down by 15-20hp on the day bringing it inline with the last one, so it’s still a nice strong consistent engine. It pulls very hard and is very quick.

Body

There is no rust that I have seen and I do a bit of work on the car regularly. The bodywork/paint is ‘drift spec’ i.e. looks good from 5 feet away but would not win a show and shine. Notably there is a large crack in the front bumper which has been zip tied together for more strength.

There used to be several water leaks resulting in the rear seat wells flooding which have now been plugged with decent bonding sealant around the rear windows and front window trim.

Drive

The car drives very well for a 1992 car. The engine is very quick and strong and the suspension is not too harsh for everyday but certainly feels a lot more stable in the twisties. One thing is the car does kick out blue smoke on occasion which is obviously due to burning oil. Now considering the strength of these engines, the problem is very likely to be the turbo oil seals. I’m looking to get confirmation of this when the clutch is fitted. Now depending on whether I can find a new pair of turbos or not, this may or may not be rectified by the time of the sale. It’s not a big job, the stock turbos can be got for a fair price and fitting them will be easy enough to any spanner monkey, so the price below will take this into consideration. NOTE: The car still drives and pulls very well, so the smoking has not affected performance at all.

Interior

The inside is stripped and not so pretty. Door cards and dash have seen better days but it’s a weekend/track/drift car. These parts along with carpet can be picked up and replaced cheaply.

The sound deadening has been removed so the inside is ready for a good cleaning and a coat of paint, nice easy fun job!

M.O.T until 1st October 2007, taxed until end of September.

At the time of the clutch fitting I will have the car checked over to make sure nothing else is wrong.

Price

Considering how rare manuals are and the work and parts involved in converting one makes this car quite a catch. All this considering the price paid, brand new clutch, work done since (in 2 months), I value the car and parts at around £6,000 in good nick (but owes me a lot more) but due to the slight smokeyness I’m looking for £4,750ono. I will consider part ex with/against a Integra DC5 or Clio V6 as the reason behind the sale is for a newer more agreeable everyday car.

Thanks,

p.s. car can be viewed in action on the 5th August in Aldershot.

I'm going for a new everyday capable driver (within reason :D). I want something totally factory spec but 6 cyl and quick as I can't afford spending money on a monthly basis on my car/drifting right now, plus my skyline has left me paranoid that I could b eleft with another big repair bill for something. I'm basically pussying out for a while :D Anyway, I know most won't approve but I have my heart set on a Clio V6 :D
