Driftworks adjustable arms

I'd say pack under the castle nuts with a washer or two to bring it up to the height where the split pin goes through.

As for the inner end coming loose, get some lock washers on there.
 
You could drill and lock wire the castle nut. Try to lock wire to something in the direction that pulls the nut tight. :thumbs:
 
Thanks to Bon for the chat at Silverstone,it was appreciated. I'll let you know how things go when I get a chance to sort it. Not much time for spannering lately so might just get someone to do it shock horror!
