Driftworksd parcel gone missing!!!

Hi Driftworks shop

i ordered some parts from you on sat, i spoke to kam on wed and he stated they were out of stock.. i had no e mail to say this, i was told by kam they would be sent out thurs but due to bank hol i will recieve tues. yesterday i get a email from DPD stating my delivery will be delivered thurs between 8am til 6pm. but would receive a txt an hour before delivery.... so i take the day off work and wait. i got no txt and tracked the parcel on DPD site. it said it was on the van. no parcel has turned up and no contasct from DPD. it now says it will be delivered today but on DPD site it says there closed today untill tues..... i have tried to contact DPD but they said i need to contact the sender.....

if driftworks can look into this and send me a pm it would be helpful as i dont no where i am in regards to my delivery.

dude they're away drifting this weekend,don't worry though they'll sort it out for you when they return :)
 
i had similar from amazon, ebay and a canadian seller it all got fucked up due to the bank holiday. the system will just roll over to the next day until someone is there to update the computer correctly.
as said above the guys are at round 1 bdc but they are on bang on the money getting stuff sent so i wouldnt worry.
 
Sorry for the lack of notification regarding the stock levels Chris, but it seems like your parcel is due for delivery today as Kam suspected. If it doesn't show up today please give us a call or email sales@driftworks.com with your order details.
 
couriers are getting cheeky these days. Twice ive had parcels that are 2-3 days late but on the website they say they signed for. Both times its been with fedex so they basically mark it as signed for on there site to show they are giving the sender the service they charged for then they deliver as and when. Had it with inter-link to.
