Dropknuckles V3 fitting issue

Heya guys,

since Im not getting any response so far via mail ima try my luck here.

Issue is the rear S15 knuckles, the traction arms.
They do not fit by any chance onto the knuckles, I measured the spherical "knobs/spacers" and they're indeed 3mil wider than OEM, there i had 0 fitting issues.

See pic, i made several and i assure you, it does not fit at all, even with a little bit of bending the arm.
This is the same on both sides btw.
I'm using the "older" orange traction arm and painted them black myself, they still hold up perfect so Im not interested on changing them with the new black style ones, especially because fitment was perfect on OEM knuckles.

Anyone know if its smart to just grind down the spherical spacer?
I know I'd have to grind the face off as they're made-to-fit and I cant just shorten them from the inside.
So in essence, the face of the "trumpet" will be smaller by a lot (actually 2-3mil), shall that be alright?

Kinda certain the knuckle knobs are wrongly sized but what can ya do right.
Id love to have things fit but thats cars for ya, hey :D

Well for anyone's interest, I'm quite sure the spacer is the actual issue.
I found a YT vid where someone installed the rear V3 with the orange rods like I have em.
Pic quality is meh of course but you can clearly see a difference in the spacer length and how he can just "loosely" fit his arm.

@DW you should check your clearance on the units being sent out rn, you might have more wrong or maybe I'm just "the one".
Anyways would love any feedback, are there other spacers?
Id rather change them out before I get the flex out, I assume they're pressfit.
