So this is what happend, buyer did not have money, so it's up for sale again!!
Ok I finally made the decision, my Zenki 86 has to go. I own this car since October 2001 and it has been well maintained cause it was my daily driver.
Some of you will now this car, but for those who don’t:
In the past years all “known rust problems” on the chassis have been fixed, fenders and doors need some attention though, I started this as a project but it’s hard to combine that with daily driving, so rearfenders have new pieces of metal welded in, but are not finished yet, that’s why all those spots look like someone used a brush for painting them.
I did, but just to protect from rust, awaiting full respray. Initially that took way longer
, so there's some surface rust again. Front fenders have small rust spots, needs welding.
So apart from those “spots”, body is in good condition with small dents on trunk, doors need some attention, same as
for where the trunk locks. :-/ the latch?
The car has never seen circuit or drifttrack, also no road drifting, tire burning or so ever.

Engine has done 305k but still rev happy and pulling strong.
Resently replaced starter and radiator.
New front discs and pads, new rear pads.
Blue dash, original color, but sourced clean black kouki interior, complete with door/rear panels and centre piece. Needs some small pieces to complete.
Nardi steering wheel.
Wheels Borbet A 7x15 et20 with wheellocks.
Yellow Koni’s F/R
Strutbars F/R
Hoodlifts
Custom made cold air intake.
Japstyle muffler w. silencer.
A-Pillar with oil temp/oil pressure and A/F gauge, with O2 sensor custom fitted in exhaust.
Alarm 4ch with starter/fuel pump disable, doorlock, trunk solenoid, shock and motion sensor.
