DW Front lower arms - S13

Hey guys, I bought these arms recently and just about got all my crap out the way so can fit these this week. Have a question tho.

I been searching the forum but couldnt find the distance these arms can extend the track. Im sure I seen it in the shop and it said 20mm each side but its not there anymore

Also, how much I can extend the track before my stock S13 rods become too short?

And do I adjust at the rose joint stud or the two honking nuts that bolt into the arm?

On another note. thought Id play about adjusting them before I fit them and found a crack in the weld on both arms......not good
