Got around to fitting my rear lower arm bushes and have run into a few problems.
There was no problem with fitting the two halves of the bush but when the metal insert was pressed in, it caused one half of the bush to be pushed out slightly. I'm thinking that the insert is a bit too big and has caused the bush to squash up and come out.
I then fitted the arms to the car and this has caused one end of the bush to 'mushroom'. When the bolts are tightened the arm has become very very stiff, but it can still move with some force.
Question is, will the arm being stiff affect the suspension at all?
