DW Rear Lower arm bushes

Guys, over winter i refurbed the rear half of my 14a. New bushes, arms etc. I ran into a few problems with the bushes for the rear lower arms, and even the knuckle ones (though they have settled in). It seems the center pins are forcing the bush out.

Any reason why this is happening? I bolted the arms into the subframe and as expected they are still an odd shape and didnt allow the arms to fit very well.....? Here are some pictures:

I can get some pictures of them bolted up. But ive spotted a few other threads with pictures of the same issue so im sure you know it looks like!

Anyone want to advise on why the bushes are like this and what can be done to resolve it?

Many Thanks

also interested in this, I keep meaning to buy some bushes, but then this puts me off. The idea of triming them doesnt give me confidence, if its a little loose from trimming, there will be play surely?

So whats my best move with this then Kam? All the others have been fine but it just seems to be the lower arm ones.

Cheers Buddy.

if you are sending them new ones does it mean there is an issue with the bushings?
I am installing the bushings at the moment and i did try 3 and only one worked fine the other 2 do the same as discriped here.

Some are harder to fit, if you're having a problem with them please do the same and above and drop us an email.
