Hi there, I ordered some spacers from you (order number 1493) and have had trouble getting them delivered.

I emailed you lastw eek regarding getting them delivered to a different address, and havent had an answer yet ?

Just asking coz Im off to kavos on friday and I'd liek to know whats going on.

Hi Ant, I've looked into this for you, and the spacers were dispatched on the 22nd of May, I've checked through our e-mails and we haven't recieved anything regarding this order I'm afraid.
We've just checked with Citylink and they have tried to deliver twice and left a card both times. This means that we are now being charged an extra £15 to have it delivered back to us :(.

As a one off, I will send another set out at no additional expense to you to a different address if you PM me, but in the future it's worth making sure that the shipping address on the order you place is correct and there will definately be someone in, as it's not only the £15 it costs us, it's also the admin involved in regenerating the order :)..
 
Cheers Phil, I did try to get in contact with citylink but they dont have anyone manning phones anymore. I left a message asking them to ring me but got no response. TBH I have this problem with citylink everytime simply cause they're depots are about 60miles away.

I'll PM you with another address and thanks very much for helping me out with this.

P.S. I remember seeing soemthing about S13 sump guards being in development, any news on these yet ?
 
they're Nissan spec M12 x 1.25 dude, but we can get 1.5 pitch if you specifically want a set?
