Hi I'm looking at replacing my sills on my touring has anyone done it before and can they explain how easy/hard it is and also if there is a online thread that would be great

Are you talking about sills or sill trims? If your talking about sills and your asking this question I suggest you take it to someone that knows what they are doing.
