E36 compact rear subframe bush removal

Hi there. Looking to replace most bushes front to rear on my 318ti compact with powerflex bushes. Wondering if it possible to replace the rear subframe bushes without fully removing the rear subframe?

It can be done but it's a cunt of a job. Better to just prepare for making new brakepipes and drop the whole thing then you can burn the bushes out as opposed to cutting and drilling in situ.
Bmw do have a tool for doing them in place, see if you can find one to borrow.
