The HSD kit does fit convertibles yes.
10's at the rear are perfect. You will fit a 10 at the front with a mild stretched tyre and lot's of camber (as in maximum negative camber). It's a bit of an extreme set up for most people though, so we usually recommend the 8.5" for the front of M3's

Yes it does, the 10's won't fit at all without archwork. The HSD coilovers will fit fine though.
