EDC/BDC Spec Nissan Silvia PS13. 300 torques.

Sam H

Troll Dispatch
I'm really upset to have to do this, but due to emigrating early next year, and it being too expensive to take my car with me (I would if I could) it is up for sale.

I have competed in every round of the BDC this season in it, and it hasn't let me down once. RELIABILITY IS KEY to a good season competing.

Only trouble I had with it was when the FMIC was freshly fitted, and it popped some boost hoses off.

If you are looking to get your BDC/EDC licence and compete next year, this car is ideal, just get in it and go

It also comes with various tools and spares. Full Halfords tool/socket set, BDC approved helmet, 20L Jerry can, 4 spare 17" drift rims, a soooper low 2t jack, breaker bar, spare oil, steering fluid, ramps for the rear wheels, straps (if you wanted to transport tyres in the same way i was).

Bad Points

I'm not going to pretend this car is mint, it's done an entire season of drifting, and could do with a tidy up.

Front wings have some dents in them
rear quarter has a dent in it, partially covered by a rear spat cause by some 'tool' driving at Llandow rnd 2
Aircon doesn't work. Been trying to get hold of a replacement aircon loom, but no one seems to have one (Blowers still work fine)
Sunroof controls disconnected due to roll cage.
Rear brake dust cover could be replaced, but doesn't cause any current issues.
To pop the fuel cap, you have to use pliers to push the cable. The device which pops the fuel cap was damaged when the rollcage was installed. I'm hoping to have this fixed before sell anyway.

Car will come with a full service, all fluids.

Also has about 4 months tax, and about 10 months MOT

The car cost me 4.5k to buy before speccing it out, which cost me a further 4k.

I'd like to ask £6,000. I will also ask for offers via PM. I won't let the car go for peanuts, I'm in love with her, and expect me to cry on your shoulder when you drive it away.

EDIT: I have been asked about rust on this. There is ZERO rust on this shell, it's an import and is clean as fook. I have also been asked for more pictures of the interior and pictures of the dented panls. I will try and get these today.

EDIT: I have been asked about EDC/BDC scrutineering on this car. This car has been fully scrutineered by the EDC scrutineer and the BDC scrutineer and passed both.

EDIT:

People were asking for close-up pics of the dents and of the interior, I have JUST been outside and taken these:

Dent on rear quarter (Sam you tool) looks better when car is clean lol

EDIT: Been PM'd and asked whether the car is road-legal.
Well, it has a FULL MOT, and is currently TAXED and INSURED. The police may not be happy about the size of the front windscreen banner, and the front number plate being in the window.

It's also pretty noisy.

Yeah, here's a video of some clips of it in action. The video's a bit crap. I'm gonna miss it.

EDIT:

Someone just tagged me in facebook with a picture from the weekend.

One of the nicest PS13's i've driven, Sam let me have a go in this at Silverstone not long after he bought it, it pulled 3rd gear with ease. I can honestly say if i was after a PS, this would be one i'd seriously be tempted by.

Cheers for all the props guys. I keep kicking the civic to make up for it. Which has also got to go by the way ;)

lovely car for that money the colour is mint and skids awesome !!!! good luck with wat id say a very regretfull sale

If I'd seen this before I started re-speccing the s14 I'd probably have been up to take it. Good luck with the sale dude, won't be the same without you skidding this.

awesome car hope it sells, if not tho theres a fair bit im after that you have just for your info if breaking ever comes into the equation..

just for your info....

An FYI for everyone who has PM'd me asking for bits if I break it.

I won't break it, I can't break it, I don't have the space/area/room to break a car. It'd get towed and scrapped from my estate as soon as a bonnet/wing went.

Anyone who's been to my place can vouch for that.

It's for sale. Money. I can't take p/x's onto a jumbo jet, no matter how pretty it is, sorry guys.
