I can't, but any machine shop could do it in like 5mins.. I had some made for mine..

get some copper tube from BandQ as there is a size they sell that firts perfectly go up there with a vernier and just messure it until you find it i Know loads of people that have done that.
The plus side of using the smaller bolts is that you get more range of travel on the king pin
15mm stainless from b&q, cut it into sections same thickness as the hub (obviously)
And then I cut a slit in it length ways as its obviously a bit big at 15mm. knock it in to the hubs and job done.
I'd stick some in the post for you but I've used the last of my stainless tube, sent quite a few sets out to people that were unsure.
