Dunno what you call cheap mate but I deffo wouldn't call a 1992 impreza with a few light bulbs and stick on bits cheap at £1850. For that kinda money you can a mid/late a scooby on coilovers. £1200 - £1300 is a more realistic price (althogh more than I'd pay for a 4wd). Anyway good luck with the sale.
