^tons of cubbyholes to tuck away tools and stuff out of sight.^

pretty mean looking I think youll agree ;)
spec-
'94 b4 passat GL.
2L 8v manual, 5 speed box, limited slip diff. same motor/box/discs all round as mk3 GTi.
gloss black G60 rims(i do have the caps but prefer it without), matched 195/50s all round.
satin black paint job, reasonable quality gun-job, not rattlecans- much more hardwearing.
black interior- a bit scruffy in places but nothing bad.
doctored rear badge- suits the car perfectly ;)
brand new less than a week old raceland coilovers all round- goes loooow- low enough to sit the wishbone mounts on the floor ;D currently sat 1" up the adjustment, will raise another 4" in a couple of minutes if youre that way inclined.
chassis rails notched for clearance for driveshafts and trackrods.

as its a GL its a high spec car- central locking, leccy windows all round, leccy sunroof, abs airbags, front fogs, leccy heated mirrors, etc. etc.

does 35+mpg (on board computer says 41mpg but I take that with a pinch of salt) really quite a economical car, but wind it up and it shifts too.

ive fixed a lot of bits in the time ive had it-
coilovers to replace shonkily lowered worn out stock suspension
done front tracking
changed tyres
replaced broken mirror, grille and headlight
removed interior to clean it it was that dirty
serviced it
fitted new PAS rack as old one had a lot of play in it.

saying that, the current remaining bad points are-
has a dent in one front wing.
rear bumpers a bit scraped from loading/unloading.
drivers leccy window doesnt work(its not the switch, so motor id presume)
passenger door handle doesnt work from outside (usual passat problem)
one front fog blank plate reflector thingy is missing (doesnt actually do anything)
general wear and tear of being a 15 year old estate. its by no means rough, but its not factory fresh. scrapes and stains on rear boot interior from parts lugging, wear to drivers seat piping, etc.

mot til 11/11
tax til end of nov.

so 4 months til it needs any paperwork doing
all the advisories on the last MOT have been sorted too, so there is nothing it will fail on.

it is indeed one nails looking car, and I do love it, but tbh I prefer older cars than this.
£850 or swap for something interesting and T+T, or needing next to no work.
would quite like a tax exempt pickup or estate car, any size/marque, particularly american (wishing id never got rid of my falcon wagon!) or a minitruck. or caddy or similar, but tbh am open to most swaps, especially if its a quirky vehicle.

lol that is mad :) loving the key ring !

does your front wheel ever foul the arch ?

stops me loosing/confusing the keys

it did at first but its been sorted- had the usual placcy inner arch in the bin + rolled lips treatment, doesnt catch at all now.

yes its really a daily. wouldnt have said it if it werent

i did pretty much 1000 miles in a week in it last week, colchester to cornwall via southend, and back again via glastonbury, bath and southend again. didnt miss a beat!

and my gash is doing just fine thanks granpa dave, its shrunk a bit but its still pretty impressive

Dammm i thought my Polo was low but it ain't got shit on this...thats cool :smokin:

Bump for the ghetto Passat

PMz + mails replied to..... unfortunately the bubblewrapped lumpage is not a great big lump of skag, its a great big lump of shitty volvo inlet fannymould, otherwise i would be having to worry about selling a 800 quid passat :wack:
