I had one of your offset rack spacers fail on me at a drift day and spoke to Steve about it on Tuesday, he advised me to send a picture of the damage by email which I did at just after 10am.

By 10.30 I had a reply asking where he should send a replacement, I received the replacement, hassle free, yesterday. Less than 24hours after speaking to steve.

I just wanted to say thank you and well done on being one of few companies that still offer a proper customer service.
